Anything in the NEC that prevents me from building a small (8x8) shed with a 15' mast and having an arial drop from the pole?

Plan would be a meter, panel and transfer switch. 4 wire 100A feed to the house, 4 wire 100A feed for future shop. Shed would house the generator and some small gardening tools.

I was involved with a several acre beach house project with multiple structures and a 5 slip dock for yachts. The project has a Power House (wood shed, circled in red) which is the demarc between the power company and the private project. The interior of the shed is raised above the flood line, thus the tall height of the apparent ground based structure.

The power distribution was all underground and private and done as a campus. It is served with 3-phase power.

The Power House has the main utility disconnect, the transfer switch, campus distribution panels, 2 generators with provision for a 3rd, and transformer. The Power House provides distribution and backup power for the entire campus.

Was a fun project.

Similar concept to what the OP is proposing.

Looks good! Slightly different scale though

Rural VT is kind of weird about residential electrical. Pretty sure I can do the whole thing without a permit. Might reach out to my PoCo contact today to see what the say. If I have to to a permanent foundation it may be cheaper to just buy a pole.

This all stems from some sporadic line extensions within an easement over the last 70 yrs, and a mast that is damaging my house. Maybe the PoCo will be open to some of my other suggestions, since they had to climb a pole in the woods at 1am after a tree came down the other night.
