Im trying to decide on 4500/8510 vs TS210 vs PS101 vs PEN55 vs Seal Krete.

Auto shop with occasional welding.
1600 sq ft

I cant seem to find reviews on several of these.

Pen55 in particular has a very good coverage rate for power trowel surface and would save me lots of money.

I would like to be able to put paint on some spots afterward, is that possible with any of these options? (mainly for dust cleanup/aesthetics)

For simple oil resistance and sealer 4500/8510 is an outstanding combination. If you are looking to add gloss, other products have a benefit. None of these products should be coated without a full grind and if you are considering it, I would do the coating first.

Just to double check, no sanding it required prior to using 4500/8510 correct?
What is the typical lifespan of its usefulness?
I saw 100yr warranty, but i kinda tend to not believe that.
