yup same thing as far as i can tell...a real pig of a ratchet:headscrat

If it is the same ratchet, Ive got one that's about 10 years old, and I don't think it's half bad. 72 teeth, very smooth after I put superlube into it, and it's withstood a 3ft cheater as well as a 2 lb hammer beating on it before. It's got the tic-tock Proto pear head style pawls on the inside. Downsides - I have no idea why the holes are in the ratchet head, and the head size is pretty darn thick. Really thick. I would easily buy that over a Chinese craftsman RP though. Maybe it's on par with the Taiwan stuff HF sells. Depends on what the price is though, maybe $10-15 new would be fair.

That ratchet looks a lot like the Crescent ratchet by Apex/cooper tools.

unfortunately the packaging was in a way that you couldnt ratchet it...but there regular ratchets dont say a tooth count online i think these are probably like 36 tooth.. I bet yours is of a different breed even the gear change was like a folded piece of tin pressed onto the pawl shift... and you can see like the casting sand left over. Also they had the hf rip off entendabe and roto but the roto's were all so tight i could barely rotate the heads and it didnt seem to be adjustable

They have a 100% lifetime guarantee. I know advanced auto parts sell them and also home depot carries them. I have alot of their pullers i have purchased online. I have broke a couple items and advanced has swapped them out no questions asked since they are a powerbuilt dealer. I would highly recommend them. I like the cases they stack nice in my locker.
