Powermate PM54-5222 wiring diagram

Hi.. Just registered.. Need help in getting hold of a wiring diagram for A Coleman Powermate PM54-5222..have not used it for 4 years and repainted it and noticed both breakers are stuck. So no 110/220 Volts AC output. Thanks
