Anyone have any information about these drill presses? Powermatic 1150. I just bought one at an auction a couple weeks ago to replace my bench top model. I "think" this is a 1967 model based on the serial number. Just looking for some information on them if anyone has it. I need a few parts for it. It also needs a good cleaning.

Here are a couple pictures.

Horribly inaccurate and a danger to your family. You don't want that. I'll be over shortly to get the menace out of your garage. :bounce:

I was going to mention OWWM, but was beaten to the punch. Awesome DP. I'm looking for one myself. Enjoy it!

Great! Thanks for the links. I'll check out some info on the sites. Seems to be a pretty durable DP and still quite popular and sought after. I guess I got lucky at the auction when I scored it. Got it for $180.

Looks like there are some companies that sell obsolete parts for these, and even powermatic has them. This DP needs a chuck and at most a tune up and cleaning. It came from a working shop victim to our economic times.

I found one listed for auction somewhat close to me, but the only detail given is the model number, 1150. Does anyone know what voltage these normally used? I think I have seen both 208 3ph and 240 single. I am guessing that I would be looking at a motor swap to get 120, right?
