Powr-Kraft Series C 84-4899 1/2" dr clicker type tq wrench 30-250 ft-lbs NIB

My father in law bought this new and put it in some shelving with a bunch of other tools. The box is dirty but the tool is perfect. Box still has the tag with the BIN info from the Deerfield Illinois store and the merchandise claim check with his name on it at the end of the box. The sticker on the other end states 10-250 ft-lbs but the actual graduations on the tool start at 30 ft-lbs.
There is a number stamped above the handle 10-71 which might mean it was made in October of 1971.

I already have a Snap-On TR so I don't really need this.
