Pratt whitey tool?

Got this in a ferret set. Definitely not snap on. Looks more like bonney or cornwell. Pwa1396 is only marking. Pwa I am guessing Pratt whitey aircraft.

That is a Pratt & Whitney tool. It doubles as both a 3/8" drive extension and as a handle for a socket that slips over the valve end of the rocker arm that is used to compress the valve to release the push rod.

It is very hefty because it has to take the side load of compressing the valve spring.

Nice. If I found that socket I would not have guessed what it was.
