So I bought a new house. It's a nice little two bedroom of about 1100 square feet, which is plenty for my son and I. (and the occasional female visitor)
But what steered me to this house, besides the neighborhood, was the garage. It's 26x30! Extrordinarily big for "in town".
The garage is just a shell. Absolutely no insulation. It's just studs on 16" centers, particle board and siding.
My question is: is there anything I can/should put on the walls prior to insulation?
A coat of paint? Foam board? Rubber sealant?
Surely I can't get off that easy???
