Pre-laminated FRP Panels - Trailer Walls

I have a 6x14 cargo trailer with a steel box tube structure and a very thin sheet metal outer skin, and no interior walls of any sort. I'm worried that any cargo that shifts during transport will make a nasty inside-out dent in the exterior skin. So, I'd like to fashion some interior walls, but I need it to look better than just plywood.

I like the idea of FRP laminated plywood, but I hate the idea of laminating it myself. I've found only one place that sells the stuff.

Where else can I get this, preferably in Southern California? Or, do you have ideas of something else to put as walls inside the trailer?

Thanks in advance.

Just an FYI ...

The panels they use to build RVs have 1x1 square aluminum tubing with the space between the inner and outer skins filled with rigid foam.

Call your local enclosed trailer dealer, like haul mark, pace, wells cargo, etc. they generally have it.

All most all sidewall construction in RV is right around 2". 1.5" is aluminum tubing -or wood- with 3/16' laminate on the inner and outer skins. Also, I know of at least one company that uses actual insulation, but most do use just sheets of foam.

i played with different types of sheets for my race hauler and ended up with 1/4 inch finished plywood. i trimmed everything in aluminum and it turned out so good i changed my mind about painting the wood white until it yellowed. painted high gloss white and with the aluminum trim, id bet it would almost look like i used aluminum skin to the average person.

the humidity is too high in florida to use anything laminated that will be in the weather. where you are in cali pre laminated stuff may be fine. id like to contact cement everything together myself.
