Looking for any info on Precise Hand Tools in London, England. PRECISEHANDTOOLS.COM

You don't know what sites you can trust nowadays. I am looking at engineer pliers from Japan, even with shipping they seems to have good prices. Amazon is so hit and miss lately I don't like ordering tools from them. Thanks

I bought a couple of bits from them.

Don’t think it’s a huge firm, just some guy operating from his house, but with a reasonable online presence.

I think that all they do are Engineer tools, but the stock levels seem to be good, and the prices seem to be reasonable - certainly not loaded like some specialist importers do. In fact the prices shown include U.K. postage, so that‘s very fair.

For me, the prices are cheaper than buying from Japan and adding shipping. Surprised it works out cheaper to the U.S. than direct from Japan, but don’t doubt! Shipping from Japan can kill an other wise good deal!

Edit - there’s a lot of consumer protection in the U.K. Can be a bit of a pain if you’re running a business, but as a purchaser you’re fairly safe buying from a U.K. based business. This is why all the fake stuff turns up at market stalls…

Thank you, great info. I looked at the address and yes it seems to be a home business. Still good prices even with shipping to the US. I am going to order from them. Thanks again..................
