Also to contribute more information. I think the Ridgid saw is a good value and I plan on buying one in the future. With that being said, I have read all the reviews on home depots website and some reviews said the ridgid portable table saw goes on sale occasionally for $350. Normally it's $500, another review said it was on sale Dec 6th around Christmas time. I may end of waiting to the holidays to upgrade my table saw. I have a small delta but like the portable ridgids. I plan on buying a new ridgid vs used so it can warrantied in the future if there's ever any issues.

If you can find an old Inca, buy it. Short of that, a Unisaw has a smaller footprint than a contractor saw. You don't have to put long rails and an outfeed table on it. Remember that you can safely do small work on a big saw. Once the wood outweighs the saw there is really no safe way to work. Cutting 8/4 walnut is a big saw job.
