Looks like a wood top chest from a machinist. Looks to be useful and generally good quality stuff, but not highly valuable based on the pictures. taps, dies, micrometer, thread pitch gauge, punches...pretty common stuff for the machinist but generally stuff they already have so it can make selling as a set more challenging

All are good and very usable tools. The micrometer in the little wooden box very good.

I find dividers extremely useful and use mine often. Looks like solid carbide drills in the red capped tube. Plum bobs, heck yeah!
Dividers, if you can't easily get a tape measure or ruler into a spot use dividers and then get the measurement off the tape. I also use them for scribing lines over blue dye.
