Hi guys,
I am looking at having a detached one car garage + office + bathroom built and am a total newbie to the process. My first question is, are there good prefabricated options out there that I should be looking at or is the general consensus here to have something custom made? I am looking for something around 720+sqft (25x25 or so).

Thanks for any tips you can provide as I begin my journey of garage planning!

I am old school so excuse my brevity. You need to go through the normal process of research, communication with and actual site tours of pre tabbed companies/structures to get an idea of what each company can provide. Then compare it with what you have in the budget. Pre fab usually means cookie cutter, not custom. Custom usually means $$$$. Once you have a blueprint or diagram with real specifications for all the details, you can start talking to local builders for accurate estimates. When you have questions that are more defined I am sure someone here will be able to help you.
