He said he didn't like the layout, as in he couldn't get used to the way the tool is held? If so, I don't see why he shouldn't return it. I mean, if I spent a crapton of money on a tool, and it's uncomfortable in hand, why should I keep it? :dunno:

Although for such a pricy purchase, I would've rented it (if possible) first then if I liked it, bought it.

I think he didn't like the layout of money for it. At least that's the way I read it.

ive got a bosch smaller D handle style i prefer for small repairs and chipping up VCT tiles. big milwalkee can just about be used as a mini jack hammer, but its too heavy for constant use IMO. know a lot of guys use hilti i just cant justify the price of new. i was in a pinch and it was cheaper to buy a hf unit with a coupon than it was to rent one. its got a 1 1/8 stroke, and ill have to say, its one of the tools that suprises me at harbor freight. 69 bucks and ive never been nice to it. no need to really for what i payed. made my money back first time i used it.
