This is preliminary to see how many people out there are interested. We will be launching a new single component polyurea / polyaspartic hybrid coating. Basic system is minimum 1 color coat and 1 clear coat or 2 clear coats.

Concrete prep is required. light etching or grinding. Not very aggressive just a light surface profile.

Pure product costs are going to be ~1.16 / Sq. Ft. That is the color coat and clear coat. Product has been sold for years under a different name. The product for these prelim products might actually come with the wrong label.

Color(s): Clear, Gray, Tan, Black, White

Chemical resistance: Very good. Oil and Gas good. Diesel and Brake Fluid, short term.

After receipt of high quality before and after and in-process images, as well as a well written explanation of how the project went, we are offering the rebate on the product above -- not flake, repair materials, etc.

We would like two projects in each color.

*** You are NOT required to post a testimonial here. I am not trying to buy testimonials but to get DIY feedback on the product and some product images of actual jobs. ****

This is preliminary only. Let me know if it is something you are interested in.

I imagine this would not be advised to try for someone who has not coated a floor before? Thanks for the offer either way.

Interested. Have about 1300 sqft of basment/garage that needs to be sprused up before I make it my "shop".

Plan is to have dedicated reloading room, ski tuning area, and gym. For 1-2 years (until I build seperate garage) it will also serve as a woodshed and light fab shop.

I have a 2800 sq ft building that will be used as a farm barn on a 1/3rd of the space and the other 2/3rd will be used as a speed shop. I will PM you my contact information for in case that you want to discuss further.

I'm interested. Have a 1,000 sq ft basement I'm in the process of doing in either clear, gray, or tan (hard to decide). Planning on doing this at the end of the month over my vacation. Feel free to contact me.

Looking to coat a 1789sqft shop floor by the end of the year is when the build should be done. Is this just a color only floor or can flake be added?

I would be interested in clear or grey finish. 400sqft garage. about 300sqft of which is used for working on motorcycles, building engines and welding.

Solid colour, no flake.

Is there a timeline that you need the feedback back by?

I'm curious how long it would take to get this up and going. I'm on the fence about going with another product just because my work window to get my project done is quite narrow (end of October). Any idea when members would know if they qualified?

Thanks!

It's $1.16 before or after rebate?

I'd be interested in ~600 sq ft for a garage. But depending on when and what the application temps need to be.

My hope right now is to be able to finalize everything next week and ship the following week. I should know for sure Tuesday.

Application temps (ambient) should be above 50 degrees. Price is before rebate.

OK this may be a little to far out but even if we can't do the full rebate we can do something. Just depends on how quick we are ready to go and what all you want to do.

I am definitely interested in more information on the product and the rebate. I have a new garage 525 sq ft it was poured two months ago. The house is in the final finishing stages (plumbing trim out, touch up paint, etc.) and I should have the CO at the end of the month. I want to seal the garage floor before I move anything in. Been reading on here a while trying to figure out what I want.

I'm interested in the grey and clear coat. Can you provide more details on the coating? Is it a non slip coating or can non slip be added to the clear coat? Garage will be used for personal use and home projects, working of cars, tractors and toys, details cars, etc. Will do some welding and with most coatings guess it wont hold up to welding, which is ok. Last thing what is the cure time between coats and final cure time to drive on? Can I apply two coats of color before the clear and will that have a more uniform finish? Thanks in advance.

2-6 hours between coats. 72 hours before you drive on it. Will not put up with slag. Anti slip can be used. Very good chemical resistance

I might be interested in this. My shop floor is awful.

ok when you get a chance get me some details and we will look

It's about 1200 sq feet. It's also a basement if that matters. I would probably do either gray or white.

I have a 900 sqf garage. If this is chemical resistant and good for salt/winter abuse i would be very interested. I want to do clear over bare concrete.

We'd love to participate and would be interested most likely in white. Many details get done in my garage and white will help reflect light. But open to grey or black and gladly provide pictures and feedback.

Like Old White Caps above, my project won't be ready until spring. Would buy now for 1500 sf but subject for report and pictures would be until next spring. Probably white.

Been lurking for a while and trying to figure out what flooring to put down. I'm very interested in this for my garage that's about 500 Sq feet. I'm looking for white with some flake and a high gloss look. Already have my cabinets installed and will be painting the walls soon. Just keep my motorcycle in there and will be man cave. Thank you

I may be in Justin, but like a few others, I will have to wait until the end of spring. I live in the Northwest and it's already wet and kind of cold. My house is two years old and it has a smaller two car garage... I'll post the square footage in a bit. More info on the product and rebate would be great. That being said... I will go back and read over the thread better.

Thanks for offering this to us here on the forum.

I am looking for a product to coat my new garage. It is 864 sq. ft. and the existing garage is another 676 sq. ft. Would my garage qualify to be considered? You can see where the contractor still has all of his stuff in the new garage (left). There is also a photo of the old garage (right).

Justin,
Forgot to mention that I am ready to coat now, and my preference would be gray, as I think that would look best with my new cabinets. Also, sounds like there are a lot of people interested in white, and that would be my other choice.

Yup, this is my first post after lurking for a long time on tapatalk. I just moved into a new house and looking to redo my garage. Was going to wait on the floor until last, but hard to pass up this opportunity. I have a standard 1985 2 car garage in New England that will be pounded by salt, homeowner projects, small engine repair, sawdust, and a few other beatings. Was looking to do something in gray, but if I read this right, we can't use flake? (or is it just not supplied). Would love to have the opportunity to give a honest review.

Update, Product Info & Rebated Details

Product Page: http://www.garageflooringllc.com/polyurea-garage-floor-coating/
I have obviously not finished working on it, but the data sheet is there to download as well.

Rebate Details:

Maximum Rebate Per Household / Commercial Structure $600
First 10 orders. First come, first serve. You must PM me your order number right away. If you need quick answer to if there is space left you can text me 9707733467

Must receive required documents and photos within 30 days of order.

Shipping Time: 7-14 days. Probably less, but shipping from plant right now so I want to be safe.

Required for Rebate:

Print Quality DSLR images. Not iphone or android shots. Full resolution.

4 Before Shots
4 in Process Shots
4 After Shots

I understand that some phones take high quality shots. That's fine as long as they can be printed 1/2 page without distortion. PLEASE understand these need to be nice photos. A little staging is appreciated -- take out the trash can :)

Full release to use the shots. First name, last initial and your state.

Input on coverage, application procedure and overall thoughts
One page write up (300 words) review.

You Must order enough for one color coat and one clear coat OR two clear coats if you want clear only. DO NOT stretch coverage.

Once we get to 6 projects ordered I am going to limit to certain colors or styles depending on what we need to see. We do offer flake and accessories but they do not qualify for the rebate.

** The product has been installed for 10 years but our experience is limited with it. Everything we have seen and tried in house has been outstanding, but you must understand that you are being compensated for being a guinea pig so to speak. ***
