Found it the spec sheet.Got to admit that the specs are almost a copy paste of another vendor here that sells a similar product ( except tensile strenght ). My only concern is brake fluids. I dont use a bunch but i may happen often during the lifetime of the floor.

Humidity is not generally an issue so long as it is not condensating on the surface and there is no risk of rain.

Many many products are made using the same formulations in the same plants. I certainly do not have an exclusive on this formula. We take their testing and publish it almost exactly. I am not stating that my product is or is not identical to someone else's product. I am making a general statement.

The brake fluid test that they used was incredibly harsh. They literally submerged it for 24 hours. Our short term indications (under 8 hours) have been very good but I do not have ASTM testing to back that up.

Even the Rust Bullet product will at some point fail with certain brake fluids. If you are using brake fluid and you spill it, you should wipe it up and you won't have an issue.

Any primer needed ? I have a power troweled floor. Some spots are real smooth and some a bit more porous. I kind of like the design of it. Would I need to diamabrush ?
My idea was to use those rectangles professional floor sanders with 80 grit ( even if I will use a lot of pads ) to scuff the surface. Or would etching be enough ?
I would do 2 coats of clear. Let me know. Very interested as I'm in Canada and with a special deal like this helps with the exchange rate.

You want to create a CSP1 concrete profile. Diamabrush can be pretty aggressive. If I did a diamabrush I would do two base coats (no primer). Check and see if you can rent a grinder for thin mil systems. Also Canadian shipping is a killer

I would be interested in this product; please message me.
I have 2 areas that I would like to coat, one 750 ft-ft, the other just over 1,000 sq ft.

I have a sealer on my basement floor that I was going to take off by renting a diamabrush. Am I going to have issues? I'm not seeing a thin mil rental option near me.

FYI:
The company you are buying this from (ALL WEATHER FLOORS) is using a picture from a Legacy Industrial Nohr-S Polyurea application, that I posted to GJ a while back. Are all the pictures hijacked from the internet or just this one? That locker room scene looks like a Torginol picture. They can take it down by Monday, you too please. Thanks.

Update, Product Info & Rebated Details

Product Page: http://www.garageflooringllc.com/polyurea-garage-floor-coating/
I have obviously not finished working on it, but the data sheet is there to download as well.

Rebate Details:

Maximum Rebate Per Household / Commercial Structure $600
First 10 orders. First come, first serve. You must PM me your order number right away. If you need quick answer to if there is space left you can text me 9707733467

Must receive required documents and photos within 30 days of order.

Shipping Time: 7-14 days. Probably less, but shipping from plant right now so I want to be safe.

Required for Rebate:

Print Quality DSLR images. Not iphone or android shots. Full resolution.

4 Before Shots
4 in Process Shots
4 After Shots

I understand that some phones take high quality shots. That's fine as long as they can be printed 1/2 page without distortion. PLEASE understand these need to be nice photos. A little staging is appreciated -- take out the trash can :)

Full release to use the shots. First name, last initial and your state.

Input on coverage, application procedure and overall thoughts
One page write up (300 words) review.

You Must order enough for one color coat and one clear coat OR two clear coats if you want clear only. DO NOT stretch coverage.

Once we get to 6 projects ordered I am going to limit to certain colors or styles depending on what we need to see. We do offer flake and accessories but they do not qualify for the rebate.

** The product has been installed for 10 years but our experience is limited with it. Everything we have seen and tried in house has been outstanding, but you must understand that you are being compensated for being a guinea pig so to speak. ***

Send me the PM with the info and when does the install have to be completed by? I'm running out of weather here

I have quoted all the details above for you. They were buried back in the post

:scared::eyecrazy::willy_nil

Their are a lot of things in this world I value. In business, a competitor who does a great job servicing his customers and intellectual property are two of the many things I appreciate.

I do not believe the moderators would appreciate me getting into details on the forum, so I am not going to. I will simply say we would never ever knowingly use something that belonged to you and that you have my word that I will figure out why we were sent these images. One of the reason for this rebate is to get good images and for now we are relying on what was sent to us. I will be in touch via PM or another appropriate way and thanks for bringing this to my attention.

EDIT

It would bug the heck out of me if I though someone was trying to capitalize on my photos. I was just told I will not have an answer until Monday so I have taken their PDF and cut out the image in question as a temporary fix.

I was thinking install "experience". I have none either.

Only one way to fix that [emoji1]

One thing I love about our state. If the weather is not what you want give it a day. Things starting to get a bit cold out here in Fruita this week. When your ready in spring perhaps we can work something out. All the best .

I swear its my luck! I took four days off to make sure I'll be okay to get this done in time. Never ever rains here but when I need to do something that requires no rain hey look at that!

We really do not suggest putting a coating product down when rain is in the forecast. It's done, but, in my opinion, its an unnecessary risk

WHOA slow down my friend :)

I don't think you are even close to 30 days. Neither you nor I want that stuff sitting on your shelf for months but I am not here to dictate your schedule. If you need to move it back a week or two just let me know when. I'll take care of you

Lol I'm sorry I got a little worked up, was in garage tapeing the walls last night when I saw the forecast change. I really appreciate you working with me on it. I'm still going to power wash it Friday and keep an eye on how the weather acts for Saturday morning

Hi Justin,

I was actually going to show a General Contractor friend of mine how to coat epoxy, since he was getting so many inquiry's recently that he has been sub-ing out. (I have experience using a few different brands to do a restaurant interior, and a couple garages.)

We were going to use a friend's 2-car detached garage (~650 sq/ft) as the model and came across your rebate offer. If the tan color (or other color) is still available, I was thinking of ordering a few gallons.

I'm hoping to do it over the Thanksgiving weekend. If it works out, I should be able to get the job done within 30 days, but since the holidays are coming up and I have to coordinate my free schedule with this GC,
#1: would you consider a short extension to the timeline (maybe 1-2 weeks?)
#2: Also, would purchasing extra flakes or the install kit apply to the rebate?

My 2-car covered carport and small garage (used as a woodshop/wood storage) is just bare concrete too, so if it all works out, I may try the gray, tan or white at home in the future. Your pricing seems very competitive especially compared to the pricing of some of the products at the big-box stores.

Thanks for the consideration!

-Johnny

Other than one black project, all of the other rebates have been spoken for. We would be happy to extend a 10% discount on all other colors.

Thanks for the quick response and the discount offer. We'll still likely try your product for my friend to try. He wanted to try offering garage coatings and I don't think he's set on epoxy bases.
