Above 1200 Sq/FT premade metal garages

I'm looking at a premade metal garage 30x40x10 with 3 bays there are a bunch of companies out there what should i be looking for, any recommendations are they that much cheaper that a stick building

I think metal gauge would be the deciding factor for me
