Long story short. I decided to color my concrete and after the the floor started to cure it was apparent they did not mix the color agent long enough in the truck. After the floor started to cure the color was very inconsistent. After many heated discussions with the contractor he decided to utilize Premier as a solution to cover the mess. I decided to have the 1 foot section outside of the 18x8 door coated along with the floor. After a couple of weeks the section outside of the door started bubbling. I took pictures and contacted Premier. The local franchise person came out and stated we do not guarantee that section of the floor. I looked in all the fine print and nothing was stated in my paperwork nor did he mention this when we initially discussed coating this section. He said he sent my pictures to the main office and they had never seen this before with the floor. My guess is bad prep work and the resseal utilized to seal the concrete was not fully removed. I never heard back from them. The floor looked good for the first year but since has lost the shine it had and is very dull looking. This garage is only used for detailing and storage as my other garage is used for mechanical repairs as they arise. The warrantee looks good but read what they require you to do not void. The other thing to consider is will the local franchise be in business in 10 years if you have an issue with the coating. I decided to seal the cracks caused by the bubbling with clear as I never heard back from them and any other coating would probably not match the garage floor when the door is up. In some areas I could take a scraper and remove sections. This is my situation and there will be others who are happy with them. I detailed my garage build a few years ago if you want to see pictures of the floor.

The floor is not the problem, it is the small apron section. Floor was installed two years ago. The apron started peeling within weeks of the coating. My guess is they cut corners and did not grind the apron. The garage floor is dull after two years and has lost much of the original shine. I can only address the issue I had with them your results could be different. I would not use them if I had to pay. They were only utilized by the contractor to hide a botched color additive used in the initial concrete pour. It was not worth arguing with them as I did not pay them and trying to get them to come out and fix it would have been a pain in the ***. They would not return the call and tried to hide behind some BS statement that it was not covered in the guarantee even though my paperwork has no such statement.
