Prentiss a good vise?

I found a 3 1/2" (maybe 3? Not 100% sure) Prentiss Bulldog vise in the local junk shop. The jaws meet square, the handle operates pretty smooth. It's a Bulldog vise, it has a two digit model number. I don't see any cracks or damage.
Guy is asking $65.
Does this sound worth following up on with pics? I'd want to buy it and use the darn thing, I'm on the fence about holding off for a Ridgid or Yost forged steel 5" vise though.

Prentiss makes a good vise. I would certainly follow up on it.

Good vise. No clue whether it is fair price as you could be in Belgium or Switzerland. Prices do vary by location. Update GJ Profile with City / State / Country.

Post up PICs for best advice. I'm thinking $50 sounds better, if not less.
