Prentiss Vise Identification Help

Vise is marked Prentiss NY on the top but no other markings on the vise other than the number ( possibly T49 ) hand stamped as shown in the image. Jaw width 3 1/2". Any help identifying model number and possible production date would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
