Prepping equipment for concrete

Hi Gang,

I am looking for advice on what to use to prep concrete for laying primer/epoxy/urethane floors.

My local home depot is renting out the following equipment that they recommend to use to prep concrete:

• Floor Maintainer
• Diamabrush

Do you guys have any other preferences of tools to use for the job?

Is there a better place to rent those equipment other than Home Depot in Canada?

There is couple of preferences that I have for this task but they are not a must haves:

• I don’t have a truck or van, I would prefer something smaller in size that I can put in trunk of Honda Accord. My plan so far is to rent a van from Home depot to bring over heavy Floor Maintainer.
• I already painted my garage ceiling and walls. If there is a tool that produce less dust as possible, that would be great.
