Gotta go thru the wall top plate. What size hole does everyone think it should be. Only lines no drain to go thru hole.

My suggestion is if the this location is near the termination of these lines, being a top plate 2 smaller holes spread out some would not compromise the plate as a single bigger hole.

As long as your roof joist or trusses are setting on top the wall studs, which they should be. One larger hole will be fine. A 2 or 2 1/4 should work, but just measure your lines to make sure. You want the hole big enough so it is easy to get the lines through. Main thing is if you are drywalling, is to put nail plates so a screw doesn't hit them.
