I have a 20 ton Arcan hyd. press that I was given several years ago and have been suffering thru using a couple pieces of large bar stock I have for press plates and they are far from ideal. So a couple weeks ago I received a couple pieces of 1" thick plate from a buddy that should be big enough to make press plates out of. Just be coincident a guy I do some business with informed me there shop just installed a new water jet yesterday.
SO heres my question can anyone tell me what the radii and notch dimensions are on there plates? My press is 11" outside of rail to outside of rail on the bed so I am planning to make 11" square plates.
