I have a old F. A. Nugier CO. (FANCO) H40-7. I acquired it free of charge when my first employer decided to retire. The problem I'm having is the high speed portion works the low speed high pressure barely works. It's takes all 250 lbs of me hanging on the bar to muster 10 tons, it used to only take a loose grip to get it to crank to 40 tons no problem. If anybody has a idea as to the issue or maybe a source for a service manual it will be greatly appreciated.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say the Low speed Hi pressure isn't working at all. Plugged or needs rebuilt.

Check Hiball's sticky thread on common probs, and if that doesn't help PM the man.
