Bought a used pressure blaster on CL that did not have the hose. Do I just use normal pneumatic hose, or can I use the clear nylon braided hose, car heater hose?

"Abrasive Hose" is far more then I am willing to spend...

What have you guys had luck with?

EDIT: By pressure blaster I mean a pressure pot sand blaster, i.e. abrasive is being pushed though the hose.

Not sure what you are calling a pressure blaster. Since you mentioned abrasive hose, if its a sand blaster and the media passed through the hose under pressure, better get the proper hose. If the media is injected at the head of the unit, and the media is just sucked through the hose, most any hose will do.

Now, if is a pressure washer, you need pressure washer hose.

fillup,,, I use old washer hose or hyd hose on mine. I have a huge chunk of 1/2 and only replaced about once. I use re usables on the end and after a while it will eat thru them but they go a long ways, probably wayyyyyy beyond a hobby type could ever use.

Interesting, I would of thought the media under pressure would eat the hose quickly.

Also interesting the OP hasn't chimed in to explain exactly what he has:willy_nil
