Pressure wash / then etch? Or vice versa

Popping off on some Clear Nohr-S here shortly. Planning on emptying out garage into storage pod (not terribly priced btw) and etching this weekend. Do I pressure wash, etch, and then rinse? I hear mixed reports on pressure washing afterwards. I’ve heard that you can pressure wash, but I’ve also heard pressure washing after can drive the acid deep into the concrete. Let me know the proper process...

So I did some more reading on this... sounds like pressure wash and clean thoroughly, etch floor, neutralize the floor, and then rinse the heck out of it. Once you are sure ALL acid is rinsed from floor, then you can pressure wash again or use a green clean solution. That’s my plan. If anyone thinks otherwise, let me know.

Also, does anyone know if this specific etch would work ok? It’s labeled as more of a metal etch solution, but it still like 35% phosphoric acid. In addition, do I have to neutralize phosphoric acid? Or just rinse it off? Baking soda?
