Have a 2500 PSI gas pressure washer with a rotary surface cleaner. Works great on concrete but hard to get in the corners, concrete steps in the walkway, etc. Wondering if someone makes a miniature version of something like a surface cleaner. I found this:

Listing says for pressure washer although it seems like something like this might run off a hose if the pressure is only spinning a brush. The manufacturer catalog says compatible with electric power washers only. See page 12 here.

It seems to use the water to rotate a brush but not a direct spray on the surface - seems to rely on the brush action to clean and water comes out at low pressure although I am guessing a bit. Very little specific info that I could find. I also found a note in their catalog that it's only for electric models - seems a bit vague as they make electric and gas in various pressures and flow rates.

Another item - is there any way to reduce the pressure with the rotary cleaner? Wife used it on the trex deck which was getting green and needed a good cleaning. It cleaned it up pretty well but I noticed a lot of what looked like fine plastic dust in the edge of the grass afterward and a few places on the deck you can see where the head lingered for a moment. Nothing too deep but you can see patterns in a few spots. Would be nice to be able to raise it an inch or two or bleed off some of the water for less pressure.

A turbo nozzle, is what your looking for.

For the deck you should just use a regular tip and "wash off" one board at a time. Pressure is adjusted by how close you are to the board. Too close or too much pressure will damage any surface your cleaning.

The dewalt unit looks good but I am confused by the nozzle selection table at the bottom of the page. Does this unit take tips and then somehow oscillate those tips? I was thinking the tip was built in and maybe the tip table was included by mistake.

That whirlaway goes with the small electric type of washers. It goes on the wand end in place of the regular pw tip.

The DeWalt Turbo is the nozzle. You do not insert a nozzle into it.
