Could you guys give me a quick hand and direction? I think this hose reel is about 20 years old. It doesn't have any markings on it as to the brand. It has sprung a massive leak on the side. How do I fix this?
I would expect to find seals inside of that rotary coupling. With no pressure on the reel, remove the snap ring and disassemble the coupling. Find and obtain replacement seals, reassemble....
One of the members here has / had a pressure washer business. Hopefully he will see this and chime in. I'm not sure of where to get the seals.
