I used that same one , and liked it . You need a good strong p.washer 8-10 hp to **** the sand through it, and keep the sand bags up on a barrel or tailgate of your truck. That way the sand only has to flow sideways , you'll get more sand that way. Also , mount the blast att. directly to the P.W. wand with the pipe threads , quick connect reduces suction effect on sand venturi...

I use one for years blasting heavy press parts and couldnt make dust. What ever you are blasting will flash rust pretty quick so the problem lies in rinsing, drying and repainting before the rust sets a crust.

Looks pretty cool to me... The dust is the biggest problem in blasting. What little flash rust that would accumulate could be easily addressed with a fogging of WD40 or kerosine - both of which wash off easily when it's time to paint...

Another added PLUS could be that the water in the mix would help keep sheet metal cooler and less warpage..
