I have one that came with my Karcher washer. It shoots a single bead of water, but it spins in a "cone" works great on concrete and asphalt. Do not use it on wood, as it will quickly gouge it up.

The newer ones seem to be a similar setup, just on a bit bigger scale, and incased in a dome to keep the spray contained.

I bought a cheap 15" one from Amazon. It works fine for cleaning on my 1800 psi electric pressure washer but is hard to swing it around without it having the full pressure of a gas pressure washer lifting it up.

I have two, both bought from a big box store. The better one has wheels & rolls/cleans easily. I've found the key is to slow down & take your time, it'll still be faster & easier than using just the straight wand. Even moving slower I can clean all sidewalks, drives, & parking pad in half the time it used to take. Once you get used to handling it your back will feel a lot better.

My son-in-law gave me a lightly used Generac gas pressure washer 2000-3100 psi. He couldn't get it to start and I kept it from the scrap heap. Needed a carb cleaning. Anyway, I ordered the Generac 15" surface cleaner and used it on my driveway and sidewalks. Works like a champ. The quik connect feature allowed me to do a section of the driveway and then rinse with a nozzle before moving on to the next section for cleaning. Clean, rinse, repeat. CJDave.

I bought the Briggs & Stratton brand from Lowe’s BC of high ratings. Is much faster and better that using a spray nozzle.
Just saw this one and it looks similar to what I have.
I have that one, it works good but you have to keep an eye on that black nut up top. It likes to come loose. I've had it for a couple years and it has one crack in the body.
