Pressure Washer Trailer Build

Decided I would share my most recent project- building a pressure washer trailer I can tow around with my quad to complete projects on the property: Will post specs soon and the build.





HR trailer
4000 PSI/ 3.5 gallon per minute Honda motor with Cat pump/ package from Northern Tool and removed from the frame

50-gallon poly tank for chem/ 2.5 gallon per minute pump on outlet for using to water planters (for now).

Man, I'm on the hunt for a pressure washer big time. I don't need a trailer, but yours looks bad ***!

Honda motor and a Cat pump? Let me know what hose you like... How many gallons is that tank? 30ish?

Edit: Did you go with a GC or a GX engine if in fact is it a Honda...

Went with a GX engine, I'm using the non- marking hose it came with (50') plus an extra one:

Here's the first job- a basketball court:

Used a NT Northstar surface cleaner and finished with a 25 % nozzle

That is a pretty respectable pump, how many times you got to fill water to wash that? I got one on a truck, 2- 275's on it, 500 gallons.

I'm only using the tank for watering plants right now with a separate 2.5 GPM pump, I anticipate using it for chem and downstreaming in the future.
