Pressure Washer - Wall Mount for Garage

I would like to add a wall-mounted pressure washer in my garage. I am looking for an electric model that I can use mainly for washing cars in the driveway. I plan to plumb into a water line immediately after my filter system in the corner of my garage.

Is there a consensus for which brand or which model is best for this application? I'm just starting to do my research.

Kranzel or AR Blue for top tier. Karcher for a mid tier. Ryobi or Greenworks for an entry level. I've had a Greenworks for about 3 years now and it's been good to me. I'd probably upgrade to the Karcher Cube next. AR Blue if I could justify spending that kind of money.
