Pressure washers

Been contemplating a pressure washer. Will be limited usage around home so electric probably wisest choice. Pressure washing deck, grout on tile floor, scale from very hard water etc. Figure I won't need real high pressure, probably 1600-1800 psi. Some usage will be inside house so water flow must be start-stop with trigger, no dribble when 'off'. Any hints, tips, suggestions welcome. Are they adjustable pressure? Don't want to "blow out" the grout, just clean it.
Thanks in advance.

I've had a Karcher electric I bought at Home Depot for a number of years now, and I've been happy with it - it's not super high power or anything but it does what I need it to do. Using one indoors may be tricky, though - you're going to splash and spray no matter what you do.

have not heard of Kranzle, will check it out. is that a pressure regulator I see on there?
have looked at Karcher at Northern Tool.
gas powered may last longer but for limited usage I expect I'll have I don't want to mess with gas.
splash and spray with indoor use is to be expected but figure I'd use in conjunction with wet vac.

How big is your house? If small-medium- best bet to go with electric. Karcher is ok. If big home like at least 2,700 sq ft to 3,300 sq ft... Gas powered is a smart move because u def need high powerful psi to scrub off the ball breaking stains... Probably 3,000 psi.
