Has anyone built their own sandblaster? I've got a few small sandblasting projects from refinishing a garage swivel stool to refinishing a 5x7 landscaping trailer (well maybe not so small).
As I'm a bit tapped out since I just bought a 60 gal compressor, I'd like to make a sandblaster for these jobs. I've got a 20# propane tank that I was using for increasing the volume of the "little compressor that could" that i was using until I got the new compressor and I'm thinking of using that. Before anyone goes off on how dangerous this is, check out this report; REP 10202 Battelle Cylinder Report Final.Pdf (last paragraph of page iii summarizes the pressures we're talking about here and I'll never use this thing above 100 psi)
So with that said, has anyone got any pics or plans of a sandblaster that they've DIY'd?
