Clutch head screws were used on my 'ole '55 Chevy for interior trim screws. Ahhhhhh, the good old days, cheap gas (109 octane), drag strip every Sunday.........:rocker:

Clutch head screwdrivers, as someone else mentioned.
GM cars from the '50s and '60s had them. I've found them on the park brake handle bracket and gas pedals on '55-'57 Chevy, and the window lift mechanisms and rear door hardware for my '61 Suburban.

The smallest are used inside the float bowls on Holley carbs.
