Previous Epoxy Shield install - rough up and clear?

So I have had my floor down for about 10 years EpoxyShield great product survived many car/other projects in the garage. So I decided it was time to clean...so I did...



And clean it came. The floor was never glossy, more like a matte finish. After cleaning with the scrubber it is even more matte, which is fine but it seems to mark up easy. The floor is actually like I lightly sanded it. That floor scrubber with some purple power really got it cleaned but left it rougher than I would like. I am thinking I might like the gloss - like this:



So in its current state rough enough to take a clear coat on top and if so which one?

If it is thoroughly sanded/scuffed you can wipe it down with denatured alcohol and then recoat with a clear urethane. We typically use a 100 grit sanding screen to do this.
