prevost black/green high flow coupler - what fits?

folks,

picked up a prevost black/green button coupler on an amazon warehouse deal - PRVESI071201S

From what little information I could find on these, I thought these would work with industrial/m type fittings as well as milton V and prevost high flow fittings.

but a quick sampling of 6 of my industrial/M fittings indicates it doesnt work with them. (didn't have any V's mounted to anything to test). with the M plugged in it just blows large volumes of air past the fitting.

it's not the end of the world if it doesnt work with M fittings - but wanted to check with you guys to see if it SHOULD work with M fittings, in case I got a bad one.

NO, it only works with V fittings. Milton claims that their V couples work with M fittings but they leak like a sieve when used with M.
