Hey Gang,
Wanted to get your thoughts on drywall work for the shop.
I do some side work for a construction company and they got me some insulation and drywall last year to finish the inside of the shop. I injured my arm this year and progress was going slow anyway so I reached out to them for a price to hang the drywall.
They quoted me 1500$ to hang it, no mudwork. The project consists of 63 sheets of drywall, around 20 8x4 and 40 10x4 sheets.
Sounds like the company uses subs for drywall work and I was told the price is higher than expected due to all the work out there currently. I have no reason to doubt him and I know the market is crazy right now, but I wanted to get your thoughts? Thanks!
