Found an IR T30 on Craigslist:

Max. PSI 175
Volts 230
HP 5
Motor Phase(s) 1
Stages 2
Air Tank Size (gal.) 60

Haven't looked at it yet, trying to make contact with the seller.

What's a fair price for this (assume good shape) and what should I look for if/when I check it out, other than rusty water from the tank, paperwork, & original motor...?

I was going to see one recently. The guy was aking $600. Very little use, approx 8-10 yrs old. He was originally asking more, but nobody bought it. New ones go for $1200 or so.

I'd say $600 is fair, $500 is nice. anything under $400 and you're stealing it. I believe the T-series compressors are the smallest that IR actually builds, the rest are just rebranded. Don't quote me on that though.

Thanks. Seller is asking $850 for it. I'm going to look at it tomorrow. May have to let it sit for a while, as it was just listed. I'm thinking $700 if it's immaculate - but we'll see....

Ingersol Rand has only been manufacturing T30 pumps for like the last 60 years or so. Elroy would venture to say the look-see would call the price better than the model. :wtf:
