Price Check on Snap-On Toolbox

I know price varies by region, but I'm interested in what GJ members think it is worth. It would be for home owner use only, but would be an upgrade over my current box (KRSC46APCM). It's a solid 4.5 hour trip each way, so I want to be certain me and seller have agreed on price before making the trip. This is the "American Eagle" collector series box. Dimensions are 50.5" wide x 22" deep x 44" tall.

That’s in really good shape. I’d say around here it’s a $1500-$1800 box. Where are you having to travel to? There might be a GJ member willing to go check it out for you before you make that trip.

ditto, very nice shape for the condition. There are a few of those around here, one guy has two of them side by side with the matching tops. That is a lot of travel but i would say 1500-2000 for it also . at least around here its worth that.

Only you can be the judge if you are not in a large city. If they don't come around often and you can afford it, then buy it. Depending on what you do around the house/garage, you might want to look at a larger box.
