price Lista 78E x36E rolling toolbox

I am looking for some opinions/knowledge

A company in the neighborhood is offering a big 78Ex 36e lista toolbox (picture below). Its used and empty and they are asking just under 2000 euro for it.
The same cabinet new and non rolling its only 1800euro.
They claim that the rolling cabinet is constructed different from a normal standing one. But a standing cabinet can also be equipped with wheels and handles. So I thinks they are one and the same and they are just overcharging.

Can Someone confirm that rolling and standing lista's are (not) one and the same?

Lista usually adds a stiffener plate above the casters to better support the bottom of the box.

As far as I know, rolling boxes are the same except having caster wheels, stiffener, a handle, and hopefully door latches (easy to add and pretty cheap).

What scrounge said... It also might have latches in the handles and/or a different lock style.

On this side of the pond, used values are similar for rolling and stationary.

Here is what the mobile kit looks like. I think from Lista this is about $250?

The true rolling cabinets have additional locking mechanisms on the drawers which that one does have. The standard design drawer locks only allow one drawer to open at a time BUT it is possible to open all the drawers at once which is why on a true rolling tool they add the additional latches. Since it's used I sure wouldn't pay new prices unless it was in pristine condition.

I knew idd About the waffle plates that are delivered with the castor wheels.
But now I can confirm that the boxes themself are the same. So knowing that I am going to negotiate a better price !
