building permit,and tax. it aslo includes hardiboard fiber cement siding
(in lap,stucco,or vertical) 1-16x7 steeloverhead door,1-36" fiberglass
entry door, and 1-2x4 window
buildings are engineered to 130 mph F.B.C. "house" code as well
all for 12,800.00 by master garage builders in fl.
does this sound good

Having lived in FL I would suggest that you avoid a monolithic slab. A stem wall used as "forms" with chairblock and re-bar is the way to go where you have sandy soil conditions. YMMV.

Okay price for a 2 car but I too would want a foundation...it's worth the extra unless your life expendacy is short and don't car if the slab cracks and the wall bow in 7 years.
