Just received this bid, now would someone please loan me $100,000 I think I could get him to throw in insulation and some light panels.. works out to be around $15.50 per sq ft. I am sure there are a few details needing attention before any work would commence.

I am going to get a building, just not sure if from this guy or not as he is first to bid on it.. if anyone would know a deal or not it's you since you just did yours.. by the way it was a pleasure talking to you on phone & I might touch base with you again soon to get some more ideals. It is red iron 4x25ft bays... I decided to add lean to on one side so I can drive truck and trailer in ( 60ft in lenght) and park under cover without dragging mud etc into building, will have water-air, etc there also to clean & work on boats, vehicles under cover. The detached garage I have now has carport in front of doors so I have to move cars etc to have access to closed garage area, with this design I will have access at all times to main garage doors.
