Long time member, just got my dream shophouse built this summer. Moved in in August, took forever to get everything out of boxes & put away. Thought I'd show it off.
Original plan was #1070-121 from Houseplans.com. The builder & I made some modifications. Living area & office have mini splits for heat & air. Shop has heated floors. An on-demand propane hot water heater supplys hot water & has a 2nd circuit to heat glycol for the shop floor.
Shop space is almost 30'x50' with a 14' door. 800 sq ft living area on one side of the shop, 500 sq ft office space, a 2nd bathroom & a covered patio area on the other.
