I am getting ready to setup a construction pole and am reading over the requirements of my POCO. For underground installs, it states that any primary lines must be buried 4 feet and any secondary lines be buried 3 feet.
Am I correct in that a primary line would be any line before the transformer and the secondary line would be after the transformer? So the line from the POCO's transformer pole to my temporary construction pole is considered a secondary line?
