A bunch of Chemical Guys products are prime day priced. I just ordered stuff to polish the cars.

Not tool or garage related, Levi's for < $30

Well, I needed some new jeans so I jumped on the Levi's deal. Thanks for the heads up.

Haven't jumped on any of the tool deals yet. Nothing that's a screaming deal to me as of this moment.

I'm not seeing anything that's really knocking my socks off. The DeWalt table saw looks to be good; if it were the 60V cordless model I'd jump, but it's just the regular corded model.

I also noticed a bunch of stuff in my cart and what I regularly buy went up in price over the weekend to silly high prices.

I snatched up 2 Blink cameras with a $10 add on Echo show 5"... that will sit next to me in the living room. The cameras were 1/2 price too... you are limited to ONE DEAL for this purchase.

Also snatched up the LAST ONE on a spool of filament... which was 20% off + additional 10%.

Also grabbed a 3D Printing PEN... $20 off... reg price was $59.

SAD: I had 3 things from Warehouse deals sitting in my cart... waiting for today... (all gone)... dang it.

I place 1,000 orders a year... I'm not noticing a recent price increase on any of my "regular buys"... ALTHO the time to deliver has gone from 2 days... to at least 1 week.

Yep, that's the one.

I don't know if any of y'all use the Keepa plugin but it's super handy at seeing when Amazon is just up to its shenanigans. Right now there are some deals (the laptop I was looking at last night was a decent deal at $620, but for Prime Day was on sale for $499 so I snatched it up) and some flops. The Keepa tracker shows that a LOT of these "deals" are a few percent less than normal, but the markdown price isn't super honest. Much of the time Amazon has simply marked up the prices for the past week so the deals appear better than they are.

Demand is higher than supply now. Most vendors cannot offer much discount. The cost for them is higher now and they cannot replenish inventory if they sell too many. This year's prime day is not that interesting, unless you can catch a few highly-advertised good deals to create the hype.

The real deals are those deals that require people to pay them with either discover or chase credit cards. I think I have saved more than $100 on things I have to buy anyway.

I spent over $1000 today, almost solely on 25% off Warehouse deals with a few Chemical Guys products thrown in. Got some great deals on things I've had my eye on.

It says this charger can reverse the sulfer-cate process. Does it really work? I typically get 8 years out of my batteries. Is this charger going to be able to extend the life even longer?
Yes... takes time... but I recovered 2 (tested bad) batteries by keeping them on one of those Noco chargers over the fall...

Covid idled two of my cars to the point... the batteries went bad. Plugged them into the noco... left them on the charger/conditioner/whatever you want to call it...

Now the batteries test with full CCA (cold crank amps)... solid starts, etc.

Mine is a different model but it has the same features.

Thanks for the tips - I just bought the Goodyear air hose reel. Any deals on good cord reels? I didn't find any. Was thinking AWG 14 would be good but doesn't seem to be many of those. Most either 16 or 12. 16 would do most things.

Thought about getting but I have WAY too many sets of SAE wrenches. Pretty 99% sure these are Apex USA Allen brand wrenches. Only 1 left $32.99 and free returns if they send something else. Google says they are 3/8-1"

Metric is slightly more expensive

So I'm confused. Looked at a bunch of Warehouse stuff this morning and nothing showed 25% off. Went all the way to last Purchase screen and never showed discount. This afternoon I went back on Amazon and every Warehouse item I put in my cart was 25% off. Purchased multiple things. Just went back to get a few other things I thought of and no 25% off. Can't seem to find the rules of 25% off anywhere. Anyone know what the deal is?

Some decent deals. Goodyear 50ft and 100ft hose reels.
The 100ft one seems to usually hover around $260, but is now "listed" for $200 with $10 off, bringing it to $190

It is only some items. Most of the things i was watching were not in there
I assume Amazon has some algorithm to apply it to items that are less watched

I ran into the same issue, added 5 items to my cart that all showed the extra 25%, then ate dinner, went to checkout and the offers had vanished on all of them. I decided to ask chat support about it, and they instantly offered to give me the 25% after I placed the order as a refund. They didn't even hesitate when they saw the order was a bit shy of $1500.

Even the special link that allowed you to only search Prime Day Warehouse Deals, stopped working. Makes me wonder if they had a certain dollar value allocated towards that promotion, and exceeded that amount or if it was some technical issue, because the terms and conditions showed it ran the entire length of Prime Day, but was subject to change at anytime.

Same here. I found love on some things but not others. Why? Who knows. I bought two dozen chain saw files, went back minutes later for another, no love on the third (while there were still 6 dozen available). I had one item I would have bought that was $350+ but no love, so no buy. It can sit there and hopefully someone else doesn't need it more than I do before it gets to my threshold for pain. Didn't even think about reaching out to CS for help. Silly me. :(

Man, not much for tools this Prime day. The only thing I ended up buying was a pair of pants.

I was sorely tempted to get the Noco charger - I have a couple old batteries in the garage that I would like to try it on. In the end I bought a hard drive instead as the 5TB gaming drive I have been looking for hit the sale, so that was my budget blown. Plus I got stuff from NAPA last week too. I need to stop hanging around here!

I'm kicking myself in the **** for not grabbibg this

Don’t, in my opinion Noco doesn’t make a great battery charger, spend the money on a Ctek. Noco’s older model’s didn’t get stellar reviews and several people had posted pictures of the chargers burning up while connected to their vehicles. Hopefully these new ones are improved, but I won’t use them. The Ctek MXS 5.0 charger for $56 was the best deal of prime day for me. I had to use two accounts to get a pair as they were limited to one per. That deal came online at 8pm on day two.

Noco does make a good lithium jump pack. The GB40 was on sale for $60 so I grabbed one for my boat. I got a new GBX45 for $93 for my work truck (USB-C and will directly power my Macbook if needed) for $94. I also purchased 5 of the GBX55 for $129 for my service trucks at work, sometimes they have to go pick up equipment with dead batteries beyond the reach of their jumper cables.
