Is there any benefit to using a primer on concrete prior to the Armstrong 750 VCT glue? Or is the glue considered a primer, or does it have bonding characteristics like a primer?
I've cleaned the floor with BondLok, followed by Behr's 990 degreaser, and am wondering if I should now be priming the bare concrete, or if it's completely unnecessary.
