The Primeweld Black Friday sale is active but is only one day this year. Looks like discounts are in the 18% range and are the lowest I have seen in the past year for Primeweld equipment.

I've been eyeing that TIG325X for almost a couple years now, however the HF Vulcan shown at the SEMA show this year is throwing a wrench into my decision process (not on the market yet though).

Those Primeweld machines get great praise from their owners, which is why they were on my list. I'm traditionally a diehard Miller blue guy, but just can't afford them anymore...

The TIG225x is about $150 off, down to $721.

I bought one two years ago, and so far so good.

I was a Miller and HTP guy, but for the price, Primeweld has made sticking with them difficult.

I have the rest of the day to pull the trigger on a CUT60 to upgrade from my Miller 375.

I've been thinking about the 225 TIG for a long time and had it in the cart this morning but just couldn't justify it in my head for a dedicated TIG machine

So in true GJ degenerate fashion, I got the MTS200 instead which gives me a much better wire welder and the ability to TIG steel when I break down and buy the torch and a 100% argon bottle
