Did anyone else get a private message from a user named "RazzorrMan"
about your computer being loaded with virus's and a link to click on to fix your computer issues? Obviously this is spam and you shouldn't click on the link. Just wanted to put this out there and see if anyone received the same private message that I did.

At least one other member received that message, and reported it. The spammer has been banned.

Send an email or PM to Ryan.

At this point, for this spammer, it is not necessary. He is already gone. But yes, that is what one should do when one receives a message of this kind.

****! Looks like he created a new account with similar name to what he used last night. Now I need to figure out how to ban him without seeing a message of his, which is how I access my ban buttons!

I just got the message below. Interestingly enough two days ago I got an PM from a member that replied to a post a made several years ago asking for an update on my UCoatIt floor. This seemed vaguely familiar though I didn't think too much about it. I responded to the PM. The next day I got the same PM. I looked at the date and it was an note I responded to some months ago. Then today I received this in my PM box. I've got my PM's set to notify my email when I receive a new one. I have removed the link so that someone doesn't accidentally click on the site to which I was referred. The link is saved in my in-box should the staff wish to investigate.

I just got the same PM that GH did, today at 11:47am. Ryan, do you need that for anything, (not sure how you track the spammers on here)? If you don't I will delete it out of my PM folder.

What was the sender's screen name?

Don't know. I just checked my PM folder and it's gone. The message was just like the one GearHead posted up above. I don't recall if it even had the sender's screen name in the PM. Oh well, maybe Ryan took care of it.
