ProAmerica tools?

I've got a few wrenches and a socket set with the name ProAmerica on them. Made in USA. Any idea who made these?

I believe it was KAL. Government contract only possibly. i have a pro america 3/8' ratchet

KAL made them in CA I believe. Limited sales with craftsman look and quality. I am looking for a 15 km wrench to complete a set.

I bought a set of ProAmerica flush cut electronic pliers and they were lousy.

The socket set I have has 1/4 and 3/8ths and is a very complete set with both SAE and Metrics in it. It's going into my pickup as a road tool set. I'll go look but I'm almost positive that my wrench sets cover SAE from 3/8 to 3/4, no metrics.
